Physical Information

Race: (From the list of species, which species is your character?)

Gender: (Male/Female)

Age: (According to years for that particular race...)

Height: (ft. & in.)

Weight: (lbs)

Hair color: (Character's hair color; however, if your character has fur, then let it be that color, or scale, then let it be that color... Or scales & hair, give both colors.)

Eye color: (The color of your eyes, make sure they are within range of your character's species.)

General appearance: (Simply send an image of your character to give other members an idea of what he/she generally looks like, or write a short, but descriptive paragraph of your character's physical traits.)

Personal Information

Name: (First/Last)

Personality: (Give us at least a short paragraph of your character's general personality that will be presented in-character; this personality can be describe in and outside of battle, or you could simply list your character's most notable personality traits.)

Likes: (What are your character's hobbies, idles, favorite foods/beverages, places, favored personality traits/physical features?)

Dislikes: (What does your character dislike? Or who does your character dislike? etc...)

Goal(s): (What is your character's primary goal in life, or what does he/she want to achieve. Your character can have more then one goal.)

Notable Friends/Companions/Pets/Droids/Peers/Lovers: (Does your character have notable others, such as friends, mounts, pets, droids, etc...? If they are/were significant explain how they are/were.)

Faction name: (What is the name of your character's Faction? Please make sure it is one of the Factions you can actually be a part of!)

Rank: (What is your character's rank in his/her Faction? Please take note that positions ARE limited.)

Combat Information

Alignment: (The % of Paragon, or % of Renegade your character is. Please leave this blank, members of the Staff will decide on your starting % using variables from your application such as your character's personality, faction, goal(s), and/or past-actions.)

Moral Alignment: (Lawful Good, Lawful Neutral, Lawful Chaotic etc etc...)

Powers (Each Power can go up to Level 4, you start off with 4 points to allocate your 3 starting abilities. Each level requires a point equivalent to that level for example. If you put one point into Disrupter Ammo bringing it to level 2, you need 2 points to upgrade it into level 3, so think wisely on what you want to do. Please put Name of Power and what Rank it is.)

Weapon Proficiency(s): List the name of the Weapon Styles your character is proficient in. Make sure this coincides with your class.
